• passport.

For a foreign citizen:

• passport or another official identity document;
• visa or residence permit;

It is important to take this into account, since an apostille is affixed in the country that issued the document, so if a foreigner already arrives in Ukraine with an incorrectly issued document, he/she will have to return back for the correct issuance;
• a certificate of marital status issued by a competent authority of a foreign state.
