Registration and termination of entrepreneurial activity

What is required for registration 

If it is a registration of a FOP (individual-entrepreneur), the list of documents is quite limited: passport, identification code and the selected form of the economic activity according to KVED (Classification of types of economic activity). After the registration, one needs to open a bank account. 

If you need to register TOV (LLC), you will additionally need to do the following:

1. Choose a name. Surprisingly, this is one of the most complicated issues. The name has to be unique. The registration body can approve an already existing name but you might have to change it if someone else has a priority of using this name. 
2. Indicate a statutory capital of your Limited Liability Company.
3. Indicate founders of your Limited Liability Company.
4. Determine a legal address of the enterprise. 
5. Define the type of your activity (the so-called KVED). This is what you will be doing. The types of economic activity are selected according to a special classification. It is important for you to understand approximately what you are going to be doing and we will help you to select relevant KVED codes. 
6.  The taxation system should be selected in accordance with your activity. The types are the following: 

• General taxation system
• Simplified taxation system
